They are both correct, and different ways of saying the same thing. However, neither way fits in your examples. It is ungrammatical to use a comparative (e.g. bigger or more difficult) with compared to. 

Either use a non-comparative adjective (e.g. big or difficult) with as compared to or simply compared to:

Microsoft has a large market share [as] compared to Apple.

This question is difficult [as] compared to the previous one.

Or use the comparative adjective, and replace as compared to with than:

Microsoft has a bigger market share than Apple.

This question is more difficult than the previous one.

Compare to 和 compare with 有時可以互換，有時則不行。當 compare 用作及物動詞時，compare to 和 compare with (更精確的寫法是：compare sth to/with sth) 是同義詞，意為「與…相比；與…作比較」，如 If we compare French schools to/with British schools, we find there are many differences. (如果我們將法國的學校與英國的學校作一比較，會發現有許多不同之處)；The results are then compared to/with the results of previous studies. (這些結果再與以前的研究結果作比較)。

然而，compare to 除了上述意思外，還意為「把…比作；把…比喻為」，而這意思是 compare with 所沒有的，如 His poems have been compared to those of the English Romantics. (他的詩被拿來與英國浪漫主義的詩相提並論)；He usually compares women to roses. Compare 的過去分詞形容詞 compared 亦可接 to 或 with，而兩者均意為「(與…) 相比；相較於」(注意：compared to 並無「把…比作；把…比喻為」之意)。因此，compared to 和 compared with 是完全可以互換的同義詞，並由此衍生出意思相同的 as compared to/with，而這幾個片語都相當常用：Compared to/with mine, your car looks new. (與我的車子相比，你的車看起來較新)；Beijing is large, compared to/with Taipei. (與台北相比，北京較大)；Compared to/with some of the things she's said, this was polite. (和她說過的一些話相比，這算是客氣的)；25% of school-age children smoke, as compared to/with 20% of adults. (學齡兒童有百分之 二十五抽菸，相較於成人的僅百分之二十)。

與一般形容詞和副詞的比較用法一樣，compare to/with 或 compared to/with 在意為「相比；比較」時，被比較的事物必須是同類型的事物，比較它們之間的相似性或差異性，如學校與學校相比、建築與建築相比、車子與車子相比，不可拿學校來跟車子作比較。但 compare to在意為「把…比作；把…比喻為」時，則可將某事物比作類型不同的事物，如把女人比喻為玫瑰花。

Regards 是名詞「問候、致意」的意思，是一個正式用語，要表達此意時，都會用複數型。舉個例子：

Please give my regards to your parents.（請代我問候你的父母。）

而通常在信件的結尾，我們會用 regards 來表達我們的問候，在署名之前當作一個禮貌的問候語。而我們也會常常在 regards 前面加上修飾語，表達要傳達怎麼樣的問候。

而 Amy 在這邊寫的修飾語是副詞 kindly「親切地」，但回到最基本的觀念，「副詞」 kindly 並不能修飾「名詞」 regards，要改成用形容詞修飾才對。因此這裡可以改成 Kind regards。那當然不只有這種方式可以寫，正式信件的署名可以用以下的詞：

Best regards 最好的問候

Kind regards 親切的問候

Warm regards 溫暖的問候

Warmest regards 最溫暖的問候

Regards 致上問候

 除了用 regards「問候」，還可以用名詞 wishes，表示「祝福」。   Best wishes 最好的祝福

 另一個常見的用法是 yours truly 和 yours sincerely。

Yours truly = Truly yours 您誠摯的

Yours sincerely = Sincerely yours 您真摯的

※ 那要特別注意，在英式英文中，Yours truly 是用在比較沒那麼正式的場合，最正式的用法是 Yours sincerely。或者，我們可以只用一個副詞表達結語，如以下的例子：Sincerely 真摯地      Best 最好地
