You can definitely set the widget and Flows to work in Chinese — that’s fully supported in the appearance settings: https://www.tidio.com/panel/settings/live-chat/appearance
However, please note that Lyro (our AI chatbot) currently does not support Chinese. That’s why you’re seeing the message mentioning only certain languages.
As for WooCommerce, we have a native integration available! You can follow this guide to install Tidio on your WooCommerce site:

Navigate to the “Plugins” section and select “Add New”.
Type “Tidio” in the search bar and hit the “Install New” button
Once installed, make sure to hit the “Activate” button before moving on
Click “Log in” and enter your email and password
Choose the project you want to integrate with your website
To integrate with WooCommerce click “Integrate now”
Approve read access to continue
You’re all set! Hit “Open Tidio Panel” to start using live chat & Flows
